Sorry this post is so late but I have lots to post about coming soon and I had to do it in chronological order. First order of business:
MISS KATE'S Birthday!!!!
What a big girl we have now. Big girls with BIG EMOTIONS! Wow, I thought that Lydia was emotional but Kate is out to prove me wrong. We celebrated Kate's third birthday a few weeks ago. We let her choose her favorite place to eat. We found that she really didn't care too much (Lydia cared more than Kate). Her three choices were: Chick-fil-a, Chili's and Cheddars (Cracker Barrel came in somewhere at the end). Needless to say, she changed her mind every 10 seconds so Lydia chose for her: Chili's. It was a fun little family celebration. We sure love our sweet and spunky Kate! She has been having a blast at home with her little Grant brother. She loves to play with her princess dolls and a little castle. She is a princess at heart-she won't take off her play dresses for anything. We love you, Princess Kate.

Happy Birthday Miss Kate! I love your beautiful smiles, hugs, and your enthusiasm in all you do!
What an adorable cake! Great idea. How funny that Kate is starting to show her emotions...whoever said terrible twos was way off - it isn't until the emotions start kickin' in that you really feel their wrath!! :)Call me you stinker...
She is so sweet and cute!! happy birthday!
Three already!?!? Impossible! What cute pictures of everyone! We can't wait to see you guys soon. Don't let the kids get any bigger before we get there, please. HUGS!!
Oh how I miss that sweet smiley Kate! Can you please send a little of her over here to Mapleton? We miss you guys tons! And that little crying Grant is such a cutie!
She is so cute! She is a perfect blend of you and Derrel. How are you doing? I feel a little like a beached whale right now. I would have loved to go to the retreat, unfortunately it didn't work out..Nick's job, only having one car, finding someone to watch Hayden etc...Hopefully we will be able to get together soon though!
Happy Birthday Kate! Great cake and pink frosting. I like the line It's my party and I'll cry if I want to from Grant, haha :)
