Nesting

So, just in case you've been wondering where I have been (i.e. not posting on my blog), these are the things that I've been doing:
Making homemade strawberry freezer jam:

Finishing this quilt (and not liking the colors, so. . . .):

Working on another quilt:

Mopping the kitchen floor (a major feat for me):

Painting the man child's room:

Growing a man child in my womb (he looks a little squished in there, don't ya think?):

Let me tell ya, I got to see his "parts" and he's DEFINITELY a BOY!!! Yeah! (I always worry they were wrong or something).

Mopping my kitchen floor is a major feat, and I'm not 18 days away from having a baby! Hang in there!

Hey, glad you are doing well...I'm not worried about the baby being squished as much as I'm worried that the chart has someone elses name on it. :) It had Tara Cook's name on it...that's your doctor I hope! I can't wait to see pictures of the baby. I like the quilt and the colors in the room. Do you have a final name picked out?

Great post!! I was afraid you had stopped blogging, but you have just been super busy. I LOVE the baby's room (I can't call him "man child") and I love both of the quilts. I can't believe you have had the time and energy to do all of that!!! I am AMAZED!! You just forgot to put a picture of you on there. I'll do it if you do it . . .

Okay, Man Child has got a DARLING room to come home to. Way to go, Kim! And 2 quilts PLUS mopping!?!? You're my hero. Nothing like nesting to get things ready for the baby. Keep those projects up, and he'll be here in no time! :)

You have been SO productive! My nesting pales in comparison. (AND you have twice as many kids, but I'll stop comparing now.) It all looks beautiful--the fruits of your labor, I mean.
My husband has two weeks to put the house back together...why we started rennovations under the gun, I do not know. Meanwhile I stand by, helpless.
